I'm having trouble signing up/in with my email

Make sure you are clicking the link from your latest email

There is a possibility you are clicking an out of date email as any new login messages automatically invalidate previous ones.

If that doesn’t work

Copy and paste link from your email to your browser

First, make sure you are viewing the latest login email from us then right-click on the button that says ‘Continue with Swiftaid’, click ‘copy the link address’ and paste directly into your browser.
